These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FixGreen website at florafix.app and the FixGreen mobile application (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FixGreen is a marketplace that connects clients with independent gardeners for on-demand gardening services and sells related shop items. FixGreen is not a gardener and does not perform the gardening work itself — gardeners listed on the platform are independent contractors responsible for the work they deliver.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You will verify your email address before placing reservations.
3. Reservations
- A reservation is a request to book a specific gardener for a one-hour slot in your selected region.
- Until the reservation status changes to Finished, the gardener may contact you by phone to confirm or rearrange details.
- You can cancel an upcoming reservation from the My Bookings screen up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. Within the final 3 hours the booking is committed to the gardener and can no longer be cancelled.
- FixGreen may cancel a reservation if a gardener becomes unavailable; if so, you will be notified by email and push, and the slot will be released so you can rebook.
4. Payments
All prices in the app and on the website are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL), VAT included where applicable. Online payments are processed securely by TBC Bank (TBC E-Commerce). We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are entered on TBC Bank's secure payment page and are never stored on FixGreen servers; if you choose to save a card, only a bank-issued token and the masked card number are retained.
- Gardening reservations: a booking deposit of 25% of the service price is paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled directly with the gardener after the visit.
- Shop orders: the full order amount is paid online at checkout.
5. Delivery
- Shop items are delivered to the address you provide at checkout, within Tbilisi and the regions listed in the app.
- The store confirms each order by phone and agrees the delivery time with you; standard delivery takes 1–5 business days from order confirmation.
- Gardening services are performed at the address and time slot selected during booking.
6. Refunds & cancellations
- Reservations: bookings can be cancelled in the app up to 3 hours before the scheduled visit; cancellations are not possible after that point. If you cancel in time, or if FixGreen / the gardener cancels the visit for any reason, the 25% deposit is refunded in full to the card used for payment — the refund is initiated automatically and appears on your statement within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Shop orders: you may cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. If a delivered item is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund the full amount, including delivery costs.

7. Reviews & user content
- You may leave a rating and an optional comment for a gardener after a finished reservation.
- Reviews must reflect your honest experience and must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or personally identifying content about third parties.
- By posting a review, profile photo, or any other content you grant FixGreen a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service.
- FixGreen may remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local laws.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users, gardeners, or staff.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including reverse engineering, automated scraping, or bulk account creation.
- Misuse the booking system (e.g. repeated no-shows, fraudulent cancellations).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Independent gardeners
Gardeners listed on FixGreen are independent contractors. While we vet active gardeners and let clients review them, the actual gardening work is performed under the gardener's own responsibility. Any disputes arising from the work itself are between you and the gardener; FixGreen will help mediate where reasonable but is not a party to that contract.
10. Intellectual property
The FixGreen name, logo, app, and website (excluding user content) are owned by FixGreen or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixGreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. FixGreen's aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FixGreen in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid FixGreen.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@florafix.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be brought in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless local consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring it before another forum.
